Could data quality issues be undermining your flow cytometry results?

Flow cytometry gives you single-cell resolution across immunological markers.

But the quality of that data depends on every step: how samples are handled at clinical sites, how panels are designed, and how assays are validated.

Resolian delivers flow cytometry assays designed around your molecule, your protocol, and your regulatory requirements.

From panel design to data delivery, we manage the complexity so your programme stays on track.

Why Early Formulation Decisions Matter

Reliable flow cytometry data does not happen by accident.
When any one of these goes wrong, your timeline and your data suffer.

Marker stability varies across targets

Sample processing
at clinical sites is critical

Panel design can make
or break a study

Resolian is built to solve this.

Our Integrated Capability

With validated 13-colour CytoFLEX and high-parameter Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometry instruments,
we support studies from pre-clinical through to late-phase.

Immunophenotyping

  • Multi-colour panel design
  • Lymphocyte subset analysis
  • T, B, NK cell profiling
  • Custom endpoint development

Receptor occupancy

  • Receptor-ligand binding assays
  • Drug target engagement
  • Competitive binding formats
  • PD biomarker support

Functional assays

  • Cytokine measurement
  • Phosphoflow signalling
  • Intracellular staining
  • Cell cycle analysis

PBMC isolation & cryopreservation

  • IVRN-certified processes
  • Density gradient isolation
  • Controlled-rate freezing
  • Post-thaw viability QC

Underpinned by intergrated analytical support – fully validated FCS Express software for analysis; all assays aligned with current H62 guidelines (2021); dedicated tissue culture facilities and automation support.

Sample processing packages

Multi-site clinical trials introduce real variability risk.

Our sample processing packages are purpose-built to protect the integrity of your samples from collection through to analysis, regardless of where sites are located.

Reliable data starts before the sample reaches the lab.
